Night Trains between Rourkela and kharagpur

Could anyone please give a update when we can have night trains between Rourkela and Kharagpur . Also some of the trains are running by diverted routes .No one is taking any step to normalize the situation . Things can not b pathetic than this .. It is rightly said by Ravi Shankar "India is running by SCAMS ans SLAMS"
It is very hard to believe that the administration is not sure when they can run the train at night ... Every now and then people are suffering and that should not be matter to the Railway minister or any other officials. This is so shameful .Just shame on them that they can not give security to the night trains. When the Railway minister can not give enough security to the trains what will she give to the West Bengal people that's a serious doubt in everyone's mind ... 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?
